Return labels
I just had the same issue. The steps i had to take to get the label then print it and find tape to attach it to the package then drive to a UPS is a big ask just to do a return but i think that’s the intent to discourage returns.

Agree . Funny how they now offer Free Exchanges without a Return label . HSN needs a Serious revamp . Maybe ask your customers for feedback verses whomever the bad buyers are . JMO

It is a real pain for me because my new laptop doesn’t work with my printer. I have to send it to a friend to print for me. Then take it to the post office or ups. I need a knee replacement so it’s not a good option for me.

I was very surprised when this started happening on HSN and QVC. It is an inconvenient policy and as a long time customer I’m disappointed. Returning products is not normal for me but necessary occasionally. Why did they think this was a good idea?

Seems like this is the way it’s going to be…won’t be trying new products.

Agree. I had to spend a few hours getting my printer to work to send back one thing (it’s rare I send anything back) and I did not like that one bit. I also noticed that if I HAD wanted a “free exchange” I still would of had to go through the ordeal to get a label for an exchange. Come on HSN, put return labels back in the packages.

I have a return label and it includes the price for sending it back. I guess I liked the way it was done before where if the item was broken or did not fit or whatever the reason, you used to drop the package off either to an UPS store, UPS or the USPS without a problem. Customer Service would include the cost of the return on your credit card. Not happy with the change, but then, I do not return that often.
