I just had to make a trip to return an amethyst enhancer. The one I received was black and had a cloudy spot as well as a crack within the stone. In reading other reviews I found one that matched my pendant and was returned. Evidently the one I received was a returned item. I realize that with the amount of merchandise HSN receives on a daily basis that it is almost impossible to inspect each and every item. However, on the ones that are returned for breakage, color or flaws, I wonder why they are mailed to other customers rather than returned to the designer or repaired by HSN. I think this shows that the Quality Control Department is ineffective and needs to be reexamined.
I totally agree…hsn quality control department sucks. HSN exchanged my defective purse with a returned item. It has halls lozenges and a piece of tissue in the zipper pocket. Yucky
