Please give size information
Just watched the today’s special presention….. absolutely zero size information. Don’t get it and won’t get it!!
It seemed that this Iman presentation was geared to tall ladies. This is the first time in years I didn’t buy a thing. I am only 5’2 and knew everything would be huge. I noticed that they rarely specified the sizes as well. I think perhaps they knew if folks knew the true sizing they wouldn’t buy. I know all the models are really tall gorgeous ladies so I try to place my little body next to theirs and figure how it would look on me. Most of the time I have to pass. I will bet many returns on the TS. I am so glad I bought so many of Iman’s clothing in the past when diminutive woman were included.
Fairemaiden- a big thank you again for the years of your kindness & helping me with sizing. If I didn’t have you I would have missed out on buying a lot of Marla Wynne fashion diue to her oversized sizing. You saved me so much money & time with not having to return things & I really appreciate it & your true kindness & friendship over the years. You are a true girlfriend & I so appreciate a fine lady as you are. Just wanted to let you know that how much you are a genuine help & so kind here on the forum. Have a blessed day! 😇
Yesss! I agree with both of you! Maybe HSN will finally “get it” about the (obvious) critical need for size and fit information when customers cannot try on an item.
I, too, find it strange that an online shopping site would not rank size and fit info as top priority. I got tired of feeling frustrated about this, so I decided if HSN doesn’t care, I don’t care! No size guidance in the presentation, no order!
You are absolutely right. This is bad. I have learned more about sizing from you than the host or the size chart! It is so strange that a shopping network would not see this as a priority. If you can’t try it on then you need lots of verbal assistance. But thank you for the sizing insight,,,
You’re welcome! Aye… I think people would buy more if they were more sure of the Sizing. For me, QVC has the BEST Sizing info. Now that they’ve bought-out HSN, I’d like to see them make that change here.
I so agree! Sizing Info is so important in making an informed decision. On this garment, (IMAN Platinum Luxe Touch of Cashmere Cape and Faux Fur Collar, 575-545), one has to look at the ‘FIT Description’ which states ‘4″-to-6″ of Ease’, (for me, that means to go down 2-Sizes!). Then, one has to look at the ‘Sweep’ in the Garment Measurement Chart, and the XS/S is 66″. That’s HUGE! There’s no way to go down 2-Sizes from that.
Looking at all the models, Iman, and Host in the Video, this garment is just huge and boxy. It hangs like a bag on all of them. I was enamoured when I first saw this Cape, but quickly changed my mind after seeing it modeled and reading the scanty Sizing Info there was.
p.s. The NFL Fan Shop is notorious for not giving Size Information… bad, bad, bad!
