
Patricia Nash repair issue
I bought one of her crossbody bags earlier this year. The buckle was fine then, but within the past month won’t hold. I contacted her company via the website and they will take the bag back, offer me a store credit for my purchase amount and then I can order something directly from them. This isn’t my issue, my issue is that the bag I have is available but not in the same color. I love this bag. Plus it’s $30 more than what I paid on HSN. Not a win win situation but maybe I can find something else. I did notice on the reviews that this was an issue on the buckle from the get go. Should have paid attention.

Be happy they are trying to rectify the situation, it’s more than you would get from other companies, on HSN or anywhere.

One of the reasons I was attracted to PatriciaNash bags was her lifetime warranty. I had an issue trying to reach her customer service department. I wasn’t happy with the quality of her leather or impressed with her customer service department. A warranty is worthless if they don’t respond or return calls. I am glad they responded to you and gave you an option. However, I think they should have replaced the bag and you shouldn’t be responsible for the increase in price. Just my opinion. 😀
