G by Giuliana black label plaid coat that has a defect
I ordered this G by Giuliana black label plaid coat and the darker plaids did not match from the side to the back. I sent mine back and told them it was a defect and they did not give me the full amount back that I paid. I thought when there is a defect in an item you get back the Shipping and handling. Did anyone else send their coat back and did not get the full amount you paid.

Most the coats they showed on air did not match. That kept me from ordering. I was surprised but yet not…..

Depends on what they do and don’t consider a defect. You paid a higher price for Black Label expecting better quality, like plaids and stripes meeting at the seams. I agree with you that is defective, but in fast fashion, it is often not seen that way. Poor quality yes, but “defect” is subjective. Sorry you had to eat the s and h costs, that stinks.

You should call customer service to discuss HSN’s new policy regarding shipping & handling.
If the item is defective, they will waive the return shipping costs, but they will keep the original s/h you paid. For regular returns, they keep the original s/h, plus they charge you for return shipping. -
Sorry to hear that the plaid on the jacket didn’t match up as they should have, @luckyal. I have gone ahead and issued you a refund for $3.71 for your original shipping & handling. You should see this refund within 72 business hours. I would recommend giving us a call, posting a message in our Customer Service forum, emailing us at HSNSocialCare@hsn.com, or reaching out to us via Facebook ahead of time so we can prevent situations such as these from happening.
