DG2 Sailor pant petitie inseam measurement REALLY WRONG!!
I ordered the petite medium pants, in the description the inseam is stated as 29.5. The pants tag says petite medium, the receipt says petite medium, but the inseam is at least 33 inches long. I am doubting the pants I received are the petite pants at all no matter what the tag says. When I reviewed them I only gave them 3 stars because I like the pants and I was able to shorten them rather than send them back and pay shipping cost and still maybe receive the wrong inseam. However I will not order anymore DG2 pants because I can’t trust what the description says. How hard is it to measure an inseam? HSN PLEASE more quality control!!!
I have tried Diane’s jeans for years. Was never able to keep a pair. This has gone on with me for years. Five or six years ago, I stopped trying.
Have you noticed that petite (by some standards), have automatically become a 30 inch inseam? That is too long for me. I need a 29 inch inseam. I have go to brands that I can wear right away or still have to have hemmed because of the new inseam. Uggghhh. Frustrating indeed.
…I totally understand the frustration. Whether it be inseam length or hip/waist measurement sizing issue is huge. My sisters and me have all had issues with this brand. We’re all petite and it seemed the color was also a deciding factor on fit (why? we’ve no idea!). There are other brands HSN offers that we’ve found to be much more consistent in their sizing; such as G. Rancic, Yummy Tummy and Hal Rubenstein. Every one needs to find what works for them, Until then we get stuck paying shipping fees. Once we decided to stay away from a brand that doesn’t offer solutions to ongoing issues…it erased stress! :womanhappy:
