$98 for a T SHIRT?
While I appreciate the sentiment on the shirts, really? 450-741
I read thru the description, I was hoping maybe some of the cost was going to a charity
or something like that, but no.
Poly/rayon/spandex. OK. Long sleeves, ok winter is coming. But $98?
And did I mention $8.23 shipping?
What am I missing here?
Agreed, I wouldn’t pay half that price. :smileysad:
and it’s 47% poly- get real!
First, let me preface this with the fact that I would never spend $98 for a tshirt. Peace Love World is a trendy company sold at Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, etc. They have a strong, youthful following. I see a lot of this brand at our local high school. For us older gals, it’s like the Jordache jeans from our era. I do love some of the slogans such as "Blessed" or "Grateful" and would wear them at a reasonable price. Maybe HSN is reaching out to a new market?
and the $74 scarf is a must have if you get the t-shirt!
Lovveyy you don’t want to spend over $100 to announce how you feel about Sunday? :catwink:
i am blessed and grateful that I have zero interest in these t-shirts.
Oh, please – I just got a beautiful designer tee shirt and TWO pairs of flip flops for less than $3 at Kohls, by redeeming my $9 coupon WITH my 30% off coupon and shopping the clearance racks.
I’ve done drugs and I’ve been drunk in the past, but even under the influence I would NEVER have paid anywhere NEAR that for a tee. Might as well give Cosby a call for an alibi, if you’re spending that kind of bank on a t-shirt. 🙂
I’d only spend that much on the shirt if it would help me score a date with Colin Firth. :womanlol:
This reminds me of that horrible Cookie Johnson shirt we all went crazy over a few months ago. Who could believe it was $148-bucks? And, let me just add, IT STILL IS! Sheesh!!!
AND, to this day, ZERO REVIEWS!!! *lol*
This is a bit off topic, yet,its indication that not everything is worth the price presented. Hubby and I took a short time away. We stayed at a very nice hotel. Oh oh! I forgot my robe. He said, we’ll just go out and buy another one. I said no as the one I had at home I love and didn’t think I’d find anything as nice as the one I already own.. Adrienne Landau had a luxurious robe presented a while back. It was super soft velvet with faux fur collar and cuffs. Elegant looking for sure. The price was more than I wanted to pay, yet, it was gorgeous. I told hubby lets just pick something up at "Goodwill". GUESS WHAT I FOUND!? The Adrienne Landau robe I’d seen quite a while back. It was royal purple, never worn, tags still on it. I paid $3. It fit perfect and the exact color I would have purchased if the price hadn’t been so high. Many times it pays to wait, or look elsewhere for the same product.
The T-Shirt must be made of heavy weight material for it to cost $8.23 for shipping. lol
While theT- shrts are nice, it is not worth 100 dollars.
Lovveyy; I’d rather put a lovely Sunday dinner on the table for my family and keep the peace with friends and feel appreciative that my family is healthy, God willing!
No top for $100.00 plus for me, they can keep it and love their Sundays too!! :womanwink:
Silly youths who buy this at expensive department stores simply have not discovered AliBaba/ AliExpress.
Buuuut…. young people have always fell victimes for trendy brands. Think back to your youth – surely, there were some brands people paid more than they should have for… It is easier to see why they pay for this shirt when you think of them paying $200 for a pair of trendy headphodes.
Oh, is this funny or what? Maybe we can buy the one that says I love Sundays and wear it to church. How will we explain to our preacher that we can’t tithe for a while though as we donated the money to the maker of this ummmmm, lovely t-shirt?
This made my day folks!!! I’m going to tell my Husband I bought this when he gets home! LOVE all of your comments! Peace Out Lovveyy! :smileylol:
A DECIMAL POINT!!!
It should be $9.80….:smileylol:
