Why does HSN sell this junk!
Nuvision 8" tablet stopped working and I have to now send it to Nuvision.I now know that hundreds of these have been returned but wonder why the reviews are all positive on the first page? Surely HSN knows this is a piece of junk but continues to sell it to unsuspecting customers.Don’t they do any quality control?

The reason I’m writing is to say that you can use the dropdown menu next to the reviews to change how you can view them, i.e. low to high, etc if you do not wish to see the positive reviews first.
What’s weird I already got the pens with the magnifier light.

Claire can you call your bank and tell them to track asap—–This happened to me years ago, and it was not fun yet my bank was a huge help.Have them place a fast track out on your refund.

Beaut Boy. I did not order a toothbrush. I ordered a laptop that was to be the main gift for my kids. I ordered on December 4th.
I ordered a laptop on December 4th, this was to be my main gift for my kids. The item didn’t ship when it was supposed to and now, apparently, it is lost. I cannot express how disappointed I am with HSN. My order had to be cancelled and now I have to scramble to come up with the funds to purchase a laptop. I was told my refund money would post to my account by midnight Saturday so that I would at least have that money to put towards my purchase. That didn’t happen either…. tried calling customer service and got a tracking number that means absolutely nothing to my bank. HSN has ruined the holdidays for me.
Jilly—Claire ??? Did both of you order TOOTHBRUSHES ?
Too much dissapointment —-Do not let it ruin your Christmas..It will be something to look fwd to after Christmas…..I need to go see what made these toothbrushes so famous-

Do not worry as you will never NOT need a toothbrush.Just look at it this way after the holidays if they do not arrive your teeth will thank you after you enjoy all the rich foods-
