why can’t no one give me solid info on order status
I placed an order on 11/25/16 for a 65″ Samsung TV. Couple days later received an email stay my items where shipped via motor freight to be delivered 12/5/16.Fast forward to yesterday I attempted to track shipment to ensure it was on schedule. No tracking info available, called customer service and they were unable to assist me either. HSN referred me to CEVA, called them and no tracking info of any kind on their systems for delivery to my address. CEVA in turn tells me I would need to contact HSN to get tracking info in regards to my order since there was no records on their system.
I been a long time QVC Customer, giving HSN a shot for the first time… I’m starting to doubt my decision to order thru them. If I don’t get solid information soon I’ll have no resort but to go back to QVC.
Hope there is someone from HSN that can provide me more details on where my order stands.
My table is taking almost a month to get here! Order it end of November… It sat in the wearhouse for weeks then it began to move all over Fl. Then on to TX… still not here.
Did you get your TV?
Oh no! I had wondered about that too. Mine is out for delivery. Hoping it all comes in one piece.
I ordered my 65″ Samsung on 11/23/16, found out this past Friday 12/2/16 it was being shipped through Ceva. I then proceeded contacted Ceva and they gave me a new tracking number and said they handed it off to another company called Diamond Line Delivery. Then today I get a call saying they wanted to deliver to my home in 45 minutes, thankfully I was able to take lunch. Now, Imagine my surprise when they try to deliver my TV and it’s box 2 feet long and 1 foot wide. Saying that was the only package they had. So, I too am playing the waiting game wondering where my TV is.
TL;DR Sound bar showed up but no TV even though both shipped together with same tracking number. Now we wait.
I am in New Orleans. The TV is supposed to be delivered in New Orleans. I bought the 55nch. They sent it UPS. After the tracking showed “label created” for an entire week, yesterday it finally showed as arrived in New Orleans. With a delivery date of Dec 6th. I thought woohoo … My TV is here!!!
Today the tracking shows departed from Dallas this morning. Still with a delivery date of December 6th. Now I’m wondering where it’s gonna be delivered.
, so are you saying they bypassed the destination in NO? Or are you in Dallas. Who handled your order from start to where it’s at now. I ordered the 65″ Samsung 4K w/ SS and sub deal on 11/25/2016. Just checked my status and it says Shipped initiated. My tracking number is a weird format that starts off with HSN. According to HSN, CEVA is handling my order via motor freight.
Well, apparently they brought mine over to a nearby UPS station here in New Orleans just to say hello and wave goodbye as they sent it on to Dallas, Texas!
Same. Mine said label printed and UPS received shipping info and stayed that way until tonight when it suddenly said it was at the UPS here waiting to be delivered. So, yours is likely on it’s way but not showing in the computer.
You are not alone in this. My orders from that date are having the same problems. I went through all that you did as well. I believe HSN just let the packages sit in their warehouse for days. Once they put a label on the package they charge our cards, so they are getting their money. Also that is when the timing starts and then you have less time for returns. No one is going to have info on your package until it is picked up. Yes, I have never had this problem with QVC.
