VoLTE problems on Samsung J7 Crown
I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown…loved the phone but had a problem getting it activated so I returned it. Before trying to activate it I checked to make sure it had the VoLTE setting which it did and it was turned on. I got my replacement one on Friday and had it activated right away in case there was another problem and I didn’t want to set it all up like the last time. I forgot to look for the VoLTE setting until today and it didn’t have any setting for it. I posted about it on one of the best Tracfone sites I know and one guy said he had a problem with one of his phones and had to work with a Tracfone tech to get it straightened out. Has anyone else had a problem getting their VoLTE turned on? By the end of next year all Verizon phones will have to have it and I really like this phone and it cost a lot more than I’ve ever paid for a Tracfone in the past so I don’t want to have to switch it out any time soon.

Got the VoLTE problems fixed. I contacted TF tech support (after doing a chat and getting a pin number because their regular support couldn’t figure it out) after about 10 minutes the tech was able to enable the VoLTE on their end. So if anyone is having this problem, hang in there they’ll find it eventually.
