Is anyone else having a problem with cookies not being cleared using Vipre and running Windows 10?
In order for Vipre to clean out cookies you have to what is called a custom scan. I too was curious as to why vipre 2015 was not doing it. I looked at the Scan then held my mouse over it and let the tab come out and found custom scan then i went there and looked at all the little boxes that where ticked I then ticked the cookies box then I also ticked the root kit box and then did a scan with that. Custome scan however is just like a full scan. If you had anything bad with any of your cookie files it would show up and then vipre will remove them.
One thing I do not understand is why is my computer taking 7hrs to scan now with windows 10. It took at least 2hrs when it was windows 7. Now it is an all day affair. I am not crazy about vipre 2015 as much as I was with the 2012 version.
