Trio AXS 4G Tablet
I ordered and received this tablet last week. It was easy to set up, I own another tablet, so I’m familiar with android OS. I needed assistance activating the T-Mobile for the 200 MB of data per month. At first I had contacted CS at Trio, but was informed by them that I needed tocontact T-Mobile. They were very helpful, gave me the contact number. I was able to activate bthe SIM card with no problem, and I got my first month of data service, replenishes on the 14th of November. But then I noticed when I opened the T-Mobile app that the SIM card is in someone else’s name other then mine. I called them back because I had wanted to register/sign upwith an account. I asked themwhy the SIM card is in someone else’s name. Then they informed meI would have to go to a T-Mobile store and get another SIM card have it reactivated, I guess. I don’t understand that, why would I have to go? I can’t I don’t drive for one thing. I shouldn’t have to do all this. The tablet it’s self seems to be okay. The keyboard case isn’t exactly the greatest the top mounting bracket has already broken, looks like it just glued in some how. The tablet dolesn’t even line up withe the camera holes. I thoughy HSN had a tech number you could call? I requested the return label, didn’t know it doesn’t come from HSN,but the manufacturer. Not sure I’m going to keep it. It’s too bad, because the free T-Mobile service was really one of the things that attracted me to the tablet. I like the feel of the tablet too, and the size is that sweet spot size for a tablet. I have a 10 inch tablet I got last year from a store, in factI typed allthis on it. But like I said the T-Mobil dta is working, but the SIM is someone else’s name. Thanks for any help
