Tracfone and Simply Wireless
I wanted to mention that if you call the Simply Wireless phone number and they can’t find your order, the email they say to use is email@example.com; however, thanks to these posts, I was able to find out that it actually should go to hsncare@. I sent them a copy of my packing invoice and ESN numer of he phone. This is the exact response I received from Simply Wireless:
Sigh. I think you would call this, "getting the run around". I sent an email to HSN Customer Service so I have an evidence trail to support me. It shouldn’t be so hard to get minutes activated on this phone. I thought I should post my issue here in case others are having this same problem. Who is the correct vendor to contact?
