The Todays Special Acer Aspire 17.3 inch Laptop.
My question is this – What does the 2 year warranty covers? What all is included in this warranty? I did not purchase this today along the the computer. How long do I have to purchase the warranty for my Laptop that I purchase today? Is there flex pay with the warranty? What would be the item number number for this? I appreciate your help with getting any information regarding this.
Thank-you – ***

I think we should give someone the benefit of the doubt until there is evidence to the contrary. Sometimes people only sign up for the forum when they have an issue and it’s possible the order information is under a different account. My husband and I have had an HSN account for over 20 years. Several years ago, there was some kind of snafu where we couldn’t use the account. The customer service person suggested to open another account until the issue was resolved and then cancel it. I went ahead and opened another account with my cell phone number but then never cancelled it. All of my purchases are made on this account. One time, my husband called and placed an order so it went on the other account because of the telephone number link. It totally confused me when we received this item and it wasn’t on my order history anywhere. Needless to say I finally figured it out. That’s just one example of multiple accounts with no ulterior motive.
