Oh no – did she say that? How … silly.
Ok, here is my recipe so far:
1 scoop of Secure powder
3/4 c. lowfat milk
1 tbsp. almonds or peanuts
4 oz. of any frozen fruit — blueberries, strawberries, mango, pineapple. I mix them.
Optional: I put a splash of sugar free coconut syrup in when I use the pineapple or mango.
Blend like mad.
Caloriewise this really works for me and if you don’t know already, there are programs online where you can type in your recipe and it will break the whole thing down for you — calories, nutrional information, and the like. This smoothie works out to about 300 calories.
