Surface 3-Lesser Product Delivered & Received-BE CAREFUL
I recenlty purchased the Surface 3 from HSN. Bought and paid for the 128GB and received the 64 GB. I couldn’t believe it. I would not have noticed if it were for the charging issues I am having. The technical support person informed me that I did not get the product I ordered.
Please double check that you are not getting a lesser product than you paid for. HSN informed me that they do not ship the orders. Not much of a customer service response.
Maasha, for one thing I had no clue that decaf can have up to 12 mg of caffeine so if I were extremely sensitive to caffeine, I might skip decaf as well. Also, since the caffeine content in the same order can vary from cup to cup at the same coffee shop I might make my own using a keurig so that I know exactly how much is in the cup I’m drinking. Also, it helps to keep track of our daily intake of caffeine and to include, chocolate candy, chocolate frosting, chocolate milk, chocolate ice cream, cookies wtih chocolate, etc. in our caffeine count. I’m not a medical professional, but some of us are encouraged, myself included, to limit our daily intake of caffeine for various health reasons. So I like to know how many miligrams of caffeine I’m ingesting daily so I can cut back or substitute. Everyone reacts differently so I would ask my doctor how much caffeine is okay for me and what medical conditions if any might be affected.
oh OK. I think doctors always encourage everybody to drink less caffeine. I had to seriuosly cut down because my stomach reacts to the acid… But I still giggle thinking back t ograd school – when the doctor asked me how much coffee I drank a day, and I’d be like mmm not sure, maybe about 2-3… Cups? No, no doctor, pots of course. [and I refuse to count tea. That’s my water. does not count. If I am thirsty, I mostly drink tea if I have a choice.]
I also now that I am older cannot fall asleep if I had coffee too late in the day. Used to drink double espresso at dinner and fall right to sleep…
Me too, I used to drink loads of caffeine even at night and fall right to sleep. Not anymore! I miss it!
I am with you, massha. I love my coffee but have to be done by noon. 4 cups each day and love every drop!
maasha, i’m trying to cut back on caffeine yet again but find it difficult especially during fall and winter when I crave coffee and banana bread from starbuck’s and I can’t go anywhere without literally passing by. I have stomach problems too and fibrocystic breast issues now that flare from too much caffeine. You’re right, I think most physicians want us all to cut back. I’m trying, but it’s so hard.
Years ago, I remember starting a diet that required immediately eliminating all caffeine from your diet before starting and the resulting headache was awful so I’m tapering down this time. At the time, I was employed by a company that actually had a coffee/danish cart that came around to each floor morning and afternoon and offered free coffee/danish. Impossible to turn down….
YoYo… thanks for the information! Have you spoken to any of the Moderators about this in the ‘Customer Service – Need Help’ Forum here on HSN? If not, I suggest you post about this over there… they should be able to help you with your incorrect delivery.
And, to the Forums!
I felt that way about some facial product. They smelled old. I broke out. This time all most went to ER. This not the same type of product. But same issue. I usually have to talk to supvisors. I have been hung up on. In general customer service is going down hill everywhere, need good training and people skills (which some individuals will never have).
