STILL waiting…..feel like no one really knows
So far, I have been told, “Any day now”, “next week”, “keep checking”, and now… “there is no information on when the ps4 pro will be up”..??? It’s one thing to give existing customers the run around… but I am a new customer that applied for and hsn card, just to get the ps4 pro… and so far, I’ve been given no straight answers or information about when this will be available. QVC already has it available. I can see why they have way less customer service complaints, as well as faster responses to questions. All this being said, 2 weeks later, and still no information. At this point, I have a pretty much useless hsn credit card (to me). It’s not that hard to give a date on when they will be sold… you simply just ask who ever it is you need to ask. Or, if giving everyone who has been asking about it the run around is your companys way of keeping us at bay until it arrives. Or, if you simply will not be getting the stock, and you are just wanting people to buy anything they can. I’m disappointed and frustrated. All because people over there can’t give a straight answer. If I don’t see it here this week sometime, I will be canceling my hsn card, as well as taking my business and my family’s and friends business elsewhere. Yelp, Facebook, BBB, and any other Avenue I can leave a review or a complaint, I will. Please, not just for me, but for all the other people waiting, give straight answeres. A after looking at the blogs here, it seems like your company has a track record of bad customer service. Anyway, that’s all.
, HOW IS PRODUCT AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE ELSE BUT NOT TO HSN ?! We shouldn’t be asking this question to HSN . HSN SHOULD BE ASKING THOSE QUESTIONS TO THE MANUFACTURE / VENDOR !
, I can feel your disappointment and frustration with the changing target dates we’ve been posting. Unfortunately, we too are on hold to receive them from the manufacturer. I apologize we let you down.
So, I just called the customer service 800 number…. guess what they told me? They said that they don’t even know if you will carrying it. To all of you who lied to me, saying you would have it, I have filed complaints. Why lie if you don’t know? Horrible. HSN is the worst. I didn’t even get a chance to cecome a customer….lol. don’t worry, thus will be all over social media.
