Shipping and general experience
Shipping never updates. Ordered same itm 2 times sine August 31. First ordered cancelled for “it was lost” reordered and still no update or item terrible experience ,will not shop again.
Did you try contacting customer service either on line, e-mail or phone? The people on line will get back to you within a couple of hours or less. There is an area in Community where you can post directly to the mods. They are wonderful to work with and will give you an answer after checking. Please give them a try before you say you will never shop here again. Like you, I have had my share of problems and I reach out either on the boards in Community or by e-mail within the web site under customer service. Both areas I find easier to use rather than a phone call.
