Returning an item
I recenty got a laptop from you guys and it is not working properly.
This laptop is for my college and I can’t have these issues?
Can I return this item and get a refund?
Hi Kaitlynn, for a quick response, contact customer service by phone or post a message on the customer service thread. One of the moderators will answer your questions, but if you are close to your 30 days deadline, I wouldn’t wait. If it’s been more than 30 days, customer service can give you the information for your manufacturer’s warranty. Good luck at college 🙂
Hello Kaitlynn1989, Is this regarding the HP purchased on 8/1? If so you can return it to us using the EZ Return Label provided with your packing slip. You are still within the return period. 🙂
HI KATLYNN :smileyhappy:….PRETTY SURE YOU CAN….IF W/IN THE 30 DAYS ALOTTED FOR RETURNS….unless there’s a different ‘return policy’ for ‘ELECTRONIC DEVICES’ (for lack of better wording). Someone who ‘KNOWS’ WILL SURELY let you know, just as I ‘tried’ to do. :womanhappy: Looks good for you though, been w/HSN ’bout 15+yrs and they’ve ALWAYS BEEN ‘AWESOME’ W/RETURNS!
