If I bought something and I have rights to it, why is there no record of it?
I am not quite sure what you mean, so please pardon my ignorance. I am under the assumption you bought something and did not receive it so when you called customer service, there was no record of your purchase ? If you don’t see anything listed in your Order Status on your Account when you sign in, you might want to check your credit card statement to verify if the charge was ever posted.
I bought something using my hsn credit card, I got the product but am having a problem with it and called them to ask if I had a warranty on it. Because it’s been approximately over 16 months, they have no record of it. They have to search for the record of my purchase and I don’t have a receipt number because I don’t have access to my previous email address I used when I made the purchase. So they couldn’t help me because there is no record of the purchase on hand

No, you are not being rude at all. You sound very frustrated. When you signed in online, have you looked in Order Status as that should narrow the purchase down for you. Wishing you luck!
