Purchased End of November – HSN What’s The Problem?
We purchased the Nutri bullet 900 back at the end of November, It’s now Feb. 2, 2015. Happy New Year to HSN
Thoroughly disgusted the way problems are handled with a "wink and a smile, sorry" and I have used an of item 2 times, due to leakage contacted the Main Company, I have nothing showing I purchased this except a pleasant, I am sorry From CS and the rest of your items should arrive in the alloted time, No, wrong, these items are supposed to ship with the item in the box AND YES NEW, NO CORDS UNDONE, NO PAPERWORK, NO REC.BOOK.
disgusted of same replies…. Andrew Lessman on back order from 2nd time and was for a gift. no way to run a business, and keep your customers, let alone just be happy. Pushed to the side again!! No longer ordering until things change on HSN Part.
Am guessing you didn’t return it since HSN promised to ship you the missing items? You’ve been waiting an inordinate amount of time. I’d be upset!
