I ordered a product with the Express Delivery a few days ago.I was told to expect it on 12/24/14.I ordered it for my son and I am worried that since my status is on processing,he will not recieve anything on Christmas Day.I need assurance ASAP,so that I will be worry free and that my son will have something under the tree.
I ordered a computer for my son on 12.21.2014 and chose express delivery as I did not want to trust the special shipping plan HSN was carrying. The computer was not packaged until, this evening. A tracking number was given an hour later. When I called UPS, UPS did not have the number in their system. The customer service has been horrid from HSN. I have called three times and e-mailed numerous times. All they say is sorry. HSN has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced with any organization. If the computer ever does arrive it will probably be the wrong model. Bottom line, my son will be without a Christmas present.
I ordered gift on 12/17/14 430am. The Rep guaranteed the gift would arrived by 12/24/14.
Checked status on 12/22/14, a label was created and says ready for UPS. Well I called UPS on 12/23/14 with
Tracking # provided by HSN. Well UPS stated that this tracking # is no where in their system.. Called HSN stated that something wrong with UPS website( not true) another order tracking it well from another company..
I believe thIs was false advertisement when it says you will receive by 12/24… Then HSN can’t provide info on where your package location
Will never ever ever order again from HSN
Hate to break it to you but it’s really hit or miss, check out the customer service thread MANY of us are waiting anxiously on "guaranteed delivery" packages that we’re being told by UPS will NOT arrive by XMas. Doing a Google search of HSN guaranteed delivery will show many complaints by people I had no idea otherwise I would not have ordered from them.
