order status is packaging. I ordered the item on Sunday December
I ordered an item on Sunday December 18 and I chose express shipping 2-3 business days. I spoke to 2 hsn customer service staff and told me that they have no idea why it has not been mailed out yet (I chose express shipping).
hsn should have told me that the vendor will ship the item and not hsn. This is the first time I ordered from hsn and I am not impress. I have ordered atAmazon, toys r us, barnes noble , bestbuy, ebay, bed bath beyond and they are on top of things. Very disappointed
While being refunded the monies for the express shipping is fine. The consumer should be made aware that the item is being ship by the vendor.The host should be given this info when presenting the product, and when ordering on line this info should be available. When I order express,there is a reason.,I want to be sure someone is home when that package is deliver,along with UPS choice there is 95% chance this can be achieve.But when there is a uncertainty to when that date is,creates a problem for the consumer.
, I’m very sorry that I’m unable to provide updated tracking or delivery information. This is shipping directly from the manufacturer and sometimes shipping updates lag. If it doesn’t arrive by end of day tomorrow I’ll gladly refund your Express s&h.
