Hello. I purchased the TM1318 and have loved it until this morning. It will not turn on. I used it yesterday and it had more than half a charge. I tried turning it on and it won’t turn on. What can I do? I already gave it a great review. Now its dead. It was over $300, and now nothing. I have two other tablets that I have owed for a couple of years and they all work. I am just devastated. What if any are my options?
Hi Does anyone know a place to send the Nuvision TM1318 for repair? My bluetooth stopped and only 2 cores are working! Grrrrrr
My husband got this for me, christmas 2014. Nothing but problems, all types. Customer service for me was a hassel. At $20 a pop to ship to them is terrible and did no good. I would tell anyone interested in this tablet to not purchase. Today, it will not even turn on. What a waste of money!
I purchased one of the NuVision 10 tablets back in July 2014. I love the screen but I could never get the keyboard to work it. Anyway, I had not used it for awhile because I had purchased a 8" Samsung that I took with me on the go. Then I tried the Nuvision and the power was totally drained. Recharged and it would not hold a charge. Had it only for a year and a half. It is going to ewaste. Love my Samsung and purchased a 10". Will never buy this brand again.
Trini Gyal. I purchased this tablet Dec 2014,. ITS NOT WORKING. NOT RESETTING. I guess these were made to last one year or so. Please do not purchase this tablet. It is a waste of money.. when working it was great. Had to reset twice but would run again. Not any more
I purchased this tablet as well – back on the 1st of Jan.2015. It was doing everything fine until a few weeks ago when it wouldn’t hold the full charge longer than 45 minutes. I don’t have a lot of thing running in the background, etc. I did all of troubleshooting I could. I called NuVision and the rep said to use the cable to charge it via my computer rather than the wall charge that came with it. I did that and it didn’t help so the rep said I should ship it to them and they will take care of it. The rep said it is under warranty (which I knew) and he was very helpful and ressured me that everything will be taken care of.
I just wanted to pass this along to folks who are having problems with their tablets. I’ll come back to the forum and post the results when I get my tablet back.
I am also having problems with the tablet charging and turning on. I have found that when it just wont turn on, I take an opened paper clip and stick the end into the reset holeuntil you feel the little button push in. Then the tablet should turn back on, but it won’t have completely reset so you will still have all your info.
I am having priblems charging the tablet myself….especially if I am trying to use it at the same time.
