No coupon offers for existing customers.
Good evening everyone,
I’ve been a customer with HSN for about 5 years now and I have some concerns with this company in regards to coupons. I have not received anything from this company not even a simple “Hello we miss you” or anything like that. I’ve been searching and searching trying to find a coupon for existing customers but I found nothing. The only thing that I keep coming across is stuff for “NEW CUSTOMERS” only. Which by the way really sucks something serious.
I received a call from the HSN Marketing Team in SEPTEMBER 2016 regarding the 22-page COUPON EQUALITY document that I had submitted. I was told by a team leader that they really appreciated how I had compiled the Community’s concerns and suggestions for them. During our conversation, I was told that they were in the middle of revamping HSN’s coupon system to make it fair. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. IT IS APRIL 2017, AND WE ARE IN THE SAME PREDICAMENT.
I started COUPON EQUALITY 2 this year, but HSN has locked the thread, so post on the original COUPON EQUALITY thread.
I go to Spendable Ka$h under My Account daily to see if I was selected for any coupons that were not sent by email or postal mail. For example, I was never notified that this $5 coupon was available to me:
HSN could at least notify their customers when they have been selected! Some ppl don’t have time to sign on and look every day.

I totally agree! Once your a customer, you don’t seem to matter anymore……
Most coupons are offered to HSN credit card holders. They recently had a $20 off $99 offer about a week ago. They are offered normally for a day or two, so check online everyday, if possible. Good luck on your quest.
