• Nintendo Switch zelda item 562249

    This bundle does not have the red and blue wrap nor the ear buds…they didnt come in my order. The Manufacture does not send out missing parts…very sad..

  • @pondlady1 I’m sorry that your product was missing pieces. Try posting about it on the Customer Service forum. The mods are really good at helping with the various problems. They don’t check the regular forums as often as they do the Customer Service Forum. They might have you just return it for an exchange or they might offer you a discount since parts are missing; but do give them a chance.
