my order was canceled?!
got approved for a credit of 780.
Then when i purchased something i was sent the confirmation # and date of arrival lthen an hour later i got an email telling me that my ordere had bin canceled, then i called customer service then got connected to flex pay that were closed then left a message and i called cutomer service again and they did not no any reason why my order had bin canceled…
Hi tania-2013 you may want to put this question in the customer service forum. There are excellent HSN moderators that will look into this matter for you & they are very efficient & will explain to you & probably put it in a private message to you.
