Bought my son an ipad for christmas, charged fornthe first flex and then denied. I need the funds reversed so i can get a present for him since HSN denied my flex, even though ive already ordered recently and was not denied. Please help asap!
Same! I ordered a item, that I intended to gift, an entire week ago and my funds have still not been returned.
I strongly advise against calling Customer Service. The lady that I spoke to was SO nasty. I asked her how it was even legal for HSN to cancel my order and then hold my funds, and then said, so many people are complaining about this on you all’s community page, it seems like Customer Satisfaction should be high priority and the woman actually responded “That has nothing to do with this call. We aren’t here to discuss that.” … like talking about their poor policies on FlexPay was out of line for her. How dare we discuss Customer Satisfation with an unhappy consumer?!
