LG Tracfone with Promo
I was able to activate and transfer my phone number and minutes, but my promo minutes and service time didn’t show up. I sent an SOS email to the simply wireless address as recommended by others. I hope they get back to me soon. I’m glad this community exists as all the other avenues I tried for assistance were fruitless. Why does HSN make it such a secret as to how to get assistance? Especially when it is for something you already paid for?

I recently purchased the 750 count and had the same issue with the odor and taste. I have t ordered several of his products, but this is the only product that I have an issue with. I will call the 800 or maybe just return this batch for a refund or exchange.
Hello, this also happened to me and just this morning I called HSN and was given instructions to go to the website of simplyactivate.com and enter your HSN order number and your zip code.
On the next screen it will ask you if you want to activate your phone and/or add promotional airtime.
Choose add promo airtime. On the next page, go all with way down the page and choose continue.
This worked for me and I received my new service date (1 year more then I previously had) and a short time later I received the minutes/text/data. As I said, this worked for me, hope it does the same for you. If not, contact HSN customer service as that is who walked me through the above steps.
It could be from the container itself and not the capsules. Changing it to another container as Velveteen suggested might solve the problem. I have had this happen with other suppliments.
Huh, I opened a new jug of 1000 about two weeks ago and just stuck my nose in to smell and there definitely IS a weird smell. I took a couple of capsules out and smelled them and they were fine (no odor). I still have the other empty jug and it doesn’t have an odor. I don’t smell anything on the new jug unless I stick my nose in it!
:heart:Yes to your question regarding the Andrews Last batch of CholestaCare and I have no problem, you can contact their 800 # on the bottle, there you will hear Andrews voice with directions follow prompts to speak with someone immediately. They are quite helpful and VERY Congenial and have all answers since they are trained by Andrew Lessman and must know what vitamins you would need to helping answer all questions, as they are very attentive. Actually Yesterday I put my results up on the board in a Link of Andrews new dates for this coming week, and 2 other dates this month.
I have been on the Cholestacare and many supplements, for quite a long time, it’s never happened. I assume someone removed the post, hmmm.

So sorry to hear your problem, I am certain they will take care of you with no problem. Just curious did they send in a box or bag, since HSN bags and smaller boxes at times have a horrendous odor of chemical.

Sorry I cant help on that but I have bought things that when I smelled it and it didnt seem right I trust my noise.
