DATA not working
I am learning to love this phone and its many features, but now I’m finding that the battery doesn’t hold a charge very long. I have to recharge it every day even after minimal use. I’ve only been using it a short time, so that’s a bummer.
Has anyone else been having that problem?
I had a problem with data also..I called the 1-800 number..Got a delightful guy with a Spanish accent(not to difficult to understand)..Told him it was my first Android..Also told him I was technology challenged!..I am..LOL..
He was very patient..and walked me through things..I admit you do need to be patient with them also.. I also looked at DEVICEANYWHERE..the usual before and after and put in the model number…It’s part of Tracfone./Net 10.
Honestly, I don’t remember what he made me do to get data..since I don’t have wifi here..It does work now..I live in the back woods!
He ported my phone number from my old Tracfone..I was able to get all the almost 8000 minutes and almost another year that was on my old phone..
BTW..I got 8000 minutes..8000 text..8000 data added to the 1200 of each when I purchased the phone..It did take a little while..he stayed with me until everything showed up on the new phone..
I will say..I’ve never had a real CS problem with them..have been using Tracfones for over 12 years..
Also in the beginning.. Ask for a ticket number..incase something doesn’t go through correctly..or you get disconnected..
