If this is the HP 17-F121fs model, it supposed to only have the AMD A4-6210 processor which is o.k. The laptop should have at least an A8 or A10 processor in it. HSN needs to post detailed specs on their computers. Another thing regarding this laptop. When I saw it being pitched on tv, Microsoft office is shown as being included with the software that comes with the system. They actually state that the first few pictures of software are included for free, but not when the picture of Office pops up. It appears that it is part of the free software package, but is it? I bet you have pay Microsoft to activate the program. I would never purchase something if its detailed specifications are not displayed.
I took the model number and did a Google search and nothing shows up, even the HP website says that model wasn’t found:catfrustrated: Although they do list driver info but nothing else.
Does this laptop have a port for Compact Flash cards? Also, what is the model number, please. Tx
Yes I did mean my questions for the HP PreSale Laptop regarding AMD processor and
model number. Was this a Today’s Special before? Can you update to Windows 10? I believe this PreSale HP laptop is Windows 8.1. 408-627 is the item number
camrjm, yes, the HP Pavilion 17.3 memory can be upgraded.
