HSN pc HP cancelled VTech without notice!
I ordered this PC in Dec. 2016. I ordered this PC because of the VTech Life Time support. Less than a year later VTech Life Time not resond, after an hour of time on the phone then spoke to someone at HSN and they said VTech Life Time did not support the service any more. And they Did Not Know Why Not. And HSN was NEVER DECENT ENOUGH to email me that the service I asked and paid for cancelled. When, I asked if HSN would replace VTeck with a different service and the answer was I don’t know. And just cleaned out my browser and came cross the HP VTech lifetime support – HSN Community – https://community.hsn.com/…/hp-vtech-lifetime-support/661119. I could use the life time support. Shame you cannot be trusted.

I cannot go into full details as to what has happened to us, but (If it’s cool with the mods), I’ll be more than glad to answer any tech questions anyone may have.

We have changed our tech support partner who is assisting our customers who purchased an item that was offered with VTec. To receive assistance, please give us a call at 800-284-3900 between 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm EST Monday – Friday. Let the representative know that you want to speak with tech support and they will transfer you to the appropriate area.
