i would like to know why when i purchased a new hp computer at hsn i had a problem with the battery and the insert of the computer.and when i called cust serv and asked if there were any other customers complaining about this issue she said no. i think the host when they demenstarate the computer on tv they should show how the battery goes in. this is not the first time this happen to me when i purchased a hp computer from hsn. i thnk hsn should let hp know aboutl this problem. then when i told hp about it they told me they would replace the battery but they would have ask for my credit card so if i did not send the old battery back to then they would charge my credit card. can you believe that. i said not to them about the credit card/ they sent me a repalcement battery i still have the same problem as the batter that came with the computer. it slips out. you lift the computer up and the falls out. can any one else have this problem. please tell me. jr
I am having the same problem with the battery. It does not fit correctly. What can be done to rectify this problem ?
Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your computer. You may want to search on youtube or HP’s website for instructions on installing the battery. The battery used for power should just snap in to the laptop. Usually you’ll hear a slight click.
If you still have issues then I would recommend to work with HP on the issue. Once you send the battery back then they will check it out and send you a new one. All computers come with a manufacturer’s warranty and HP provides super customer service.
I just wanted to echo what the previous poster said. Unless something changes really drastically Andrew will NEVER sell any of the bogus, trendy products that are out there, including the one you mentioned. He feels the only magic in weight loss – and I quote loosely – is the maigc that each person has inside to change their habits and way of life. If there was a magic pill everyone would be taking it and no one would be over weight.
I also wanted to mention that I am so happy to see the responses from the HSN Vitamin Team to some persistent questions that we all have asked at one time or another.
It’s great that someone is listening – thanks!
No, and I don’t believe he ever will. He doesn’t believe there is a miracle pill for weight loss but diet and exercise. I love how he called out Dr. Oz for promoting such magic pills like the green coffee bean extract. Andrew Lessman states there has not been enough studies done to make the claims Dr. Oz promotes. Andrew Lessman has once said, "If you believe there’s a magic pill for weight loss, than Santa Claus is coming to town." Lol.
