HP All-In-One TSV
I’m using my new computer to post this message, but when I tried to "click" on to the computer item as it’s offered now at 749., a notice pops up telling me that, their "records show that I have not bought the computer and cannot write a review"…
Even when I tried to read about the HP Pavilion as it’s listed now, I’m told that the page is not available…Anyone else experiencing the same thing when checking on the HP 23" Pavilion All-in-One?
It seems that HSN doesn’t want me to read about or review the computer. I’ve been a long time customer of HSN, so I’m not complaining; just a bit confused by the blocking of info on that item.
luvshuz, I might be able to help you with this. When it comes to not being able to write a review, it sounds like you have more then one account. Since you are signed into the account that you didn’t make the purchase from, you’re not able to write a review on that product. Simple fix, just call us at 1-800-284-3900 between the hours of 8am-1am EDT and let us know you need to merge your accounts.
If you see that a page on our site is not available, a simple clearing of your browser’s cache might clear that up. Please let me know if you still need assistance after trying these.
Thanks for the try, but I have one acct with HSN and I tried again tonight to write a review on the HP item I bought, and was stopped by the same message that, "records show that you’ve not bought the item and cannot review." I did email Customer Service yesterday and was sent a reply that they would refer my issue to another agent. Not a big deal, but strange, indeed.
I had 2 accounts also and I found out because I wanted to review some items. An email to HSN didn nothing so I called twice and they merged the accounts but I still had a handful of products I couldn’t review. I LOVE writing reviews and it was driving me crazy! lol!
I do get your frustration but it’s not because HSN doesn’t want you to read or review a product. Sometimes I have gotten a notice that I need to wait 5 days before writing a review so I can have time to try the product out. I think this is fair.
Btw, do you like your new computer?
I noticed the same thing except mine was due to an issue with missing software which thankfully was resolved.
They replaced the order ID for the one we got on TSV when it sold out and now it’s more money.
The issue I had with this Pavillion was the security facial recognition sign on which I finally got a supervisor to send me the links to the AMD website for Cyberlink. If you download from there, it’s free and works fine as I have it working now.
