HP 10 tablet Bluetooth keyboard
I am new to HSN and got bought my 1st item , the HP 10 tablet with the Bluetooth keyboard and I have not been able to get the tablet to work with the keyboard. Each time I key in the pairing code it fails with the message that it is the wrong code. I think it is a bad keyboard. Is this the right place to report this?
Same problem here. It’s the keyboard. I have paired it over a dozen times, have typed in the code that was supplied each and every time. It is paired for about 2 seconds and then disconnects. Very frustrating. I charged the keyboard overnight, thinking that was the problem but the red power light doesn’t stay lit either.
have the same problem. Spent nearly 3 hours with hp (one hour waiting to get a rep). After trying everything they said the keyboard was the problem. Sent e-mail to hsn and now waiting to see what they say.
PaulW, it sounds like your bluetooth keyboard did not automatically pair with the tablet. You will need to check the instructions for the correct code to enter in order to pair them.
