
HP 10.1" tablet
I am recently having problems with my screen brightness on my tablet. Could you please suggest a solution

Make sure you are using the original charger . I went through the same problem with my dell . Some tablets / computers fail to function properly if you use another charger . Dell sent me a pop up message several times that i ignored until the screen became worse . I thought any universal charger would work . HTH

Thanks everybody for your replies! I just spoke to HSN customer service and they gave me the 800 number to HP. The brightness is dim continuously, and when I went into settings and selected display, I would slide the brightness meter to the maximum and nothing would brighten

What type of problems? Does it happen with only certain apps? Have you gone into the settings to try to adjust it?

Thanks for your reply! My husband had been logged in waiting for a response for over 30 minutes. I then remembered my notes when I purchased this tablet in October that the HSN community would be available when needed.

You might try visiting the HP website to see if there is a way to troubleshoot or if under warranty with HSN you can contact tech support @ HSN.
