Please help me…i keep on receiving bills from an item that i assume was taken out of my mail box in october or november.hsn then stated that it would be taken care of.Now i am told that a refund was sent to an account that i no longer have…I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG AND AM BEING PUNISHED ON MY CREDIT REPORT BY HSN S NEGLECT…I DID NOT STEAL THIS ITEM AND I DID NOT SENT THIS REFUND TO AN ACCOUNT THAT I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TOO….I ALWAYS PURCHASED DEBIT,NEVER CREDIT AND YOU ARE STILL FINDING A WAY TO ME OVER….BAD BUSINESS TO THE 1000 DEGREE BY HSN
@rox516 The mods should be able to help if you post this on the Customer Service Forum. Have you checked with the bank to see if they actually deposited the funds to that old account? I have several cases where a bank account that was supposedly closed was still active.
