HELP MANAGER – promo code for my 1200 minutes
it won’t give me the code . i put in my order number and zip , all it did was play music. tried it several times. help please i do not want to return the phone.thanks

I had already done what Kyle said but it did not work..I put in my order number and zip code it then went to music and played on and on .. I tried it several times .. I have always used Tracfone and never had a problem before. Hope i get the problem solved. thanks all
I hope you get this straightened out as tracfone is excellent! We had them for years and when calling CS they have always been great! Maybe someone else will jump in and help you or what Kyle said will work.

i did all of that . tracfone tells me to call hsn and get the code.

You will need your order number and zip code associated with your order. You must complete the over the air programming in order to complete the activation. Dial *22890 from your Android device to complete the OTA programming. Wait for the confirmation message. If it is not successful, try again in 30 minutes.
