G10058H setup and assistance from hsn requested
Wish Hsn had someone to “talk” to about purchased electronics. It all looks so easy when you watch the presentation, but you get the product home questions come up and the answers are no where to be found in the literature sent with the item purchased.
Question #1: Included in the stuff received with the tablet was what looks to me like a SIM card holder however there is no SIM card. Read the instructions on how to access the area to insert a SIM card so I thought maybe it’s already inserted, tried to “gently” open up the part of the tablet where SIM card would be. Forget it! Multiple unsuccessful attempts to open it up. If anyone reading this purchased this tablet did you have to insert a SIM card during the set up or is a SIM card not required for setup?
9053, according to overview and details on the 10.1″ Azpen model 1058H, the SIM card is pre-installed. The item was sold out, but if you Google Azpen tablet at HSN you can bring it up for the specs, etc. You may need to go to the Azpen website to get any other answers. Good Luck!

Have you tried contacting the manufacturuer? You didn’t list it in your post, so not sure anyone here will be able to help you.
