FYI: Ifrogz Truly Wireless Earbuds Returns
For many like myself who plan to return or have already returned the earbuds as defective, I have some news. Do not return the earbuds directly to Zagg, their manufacturer. HSN will not credit your method of payment for the return. Request that HSN mail you a return USPS mailing label to ship them back to their warehouse. Since they were defective, you will not be charged for return shipping. Zagg has this item in stock although it will not be released to the public until February 2019. If you request an exchange rather than a refund, HSN will resend the item to you from Zagg’s available inventory.
Since I sent the HSN link for this item to Zagg Customer Service, they are aware of the problems with this item. Quality control failed badly. I will keep you informed. Comments welcome.

I returned the item to HSN using the mailing label they provided. Customer service did an outstanding job for me. The rep processed my return and credited me in full for the item which I had sent back as defective. The rep was courteous and friendly and immediately took charge of the issue and resolved it promptly.
