Flex Pay Denied
Simply stated my bank account was charged 5 times using flex pay amount when I only ordered 1 time but was denied flex pay and they canceled my order. Approximately over $900.00 in charges and no tv. It looked like I purchased 5 TVs. I will be reporting to BBB, attorney generals office, and police because this is illegal! Too many people with same complaint. This is a scam! Refund my money immediately! HSN should be held accountable for their process of taking customer’s money with no intention of sending merchandise! I will also be writing the president of the company along with names attached of every person whom I’ve been in contact with.

I would repost this to customer service within community. For some reason the mods do not check this area that often. You should get a quicker response from them in that area.
