Flex pay denied
I ordered a MacBook Air you guys took the payment and then denied me I want my money back why would you offer flex pay , let the money go through, then cancel it makes no sense! Can someone make sure this gets put back in my account?
They accepted a coupon and the next day I noticed it was gone, then I order something that said 5 flex plays when i looked latter it said 4. I think I’m done with HSN. I wanted the I pad but not trusting them anymore.
You have a couple of options. You can chat with a customer service rep on-line. You can contact customer service using a phone. You can also post a request in the customer service area in Community. If your 24 hours are not up yet, you can cancel the order at which time you can try to reorder using flex pay. Remember, you need to use the option either on the page where the item appears or in the billing section prior to purchase (usually on the first page of the order).
If your order is past the 24 hrs or cannot be cancelled, you should contact customer service to see if they will be able to change the billing. I’m not sure if they can, but it is worth a try. I hope this helps in some way.
