Didn’t receive my order
I’m so disappointed in this company’s customer service. Ordered an item on Dec 8, went to the post office and they don’t have it. HSN said they would replace but I have to call back on Jan 11. So you charge me for my item, I don’t receive it and now I have to call back to re-order? Won’t be shopping from HSN again!!!!buyers beware of their tactics!!!! Very unprofessional!!!
I really am sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet, @spike54. I took a look and see that your order just shipped on 12/22. Please allow some time to receive your order as our shipping partners are experiencing delays that are beyond our control.
