I bought the 13,000 BTU AC (order date 5/25/15) it began to leak water onto the floor shortly after I started using (only at night), around mid-June. At first the leaking was intermittently so I assumed it would resolve in time but the last few days it has increased and is every night. I empty the water reservoir daily even though I live in Arizona 🙂 My husband called the provided number to the company and FYI you must ship back at your own cost to the company, there are only a few certified service centers in US, with our closest one being in Dallas Texas!! Really we are near Phoenix, one of the largest cities in the US and there isn’t a center 🙁 I then called HSN who stated they could not do a thing for me. Just want everyone to think twice before buying electronics on a shopping channel as your options if anything goes wrong are very limited, and the cost to ship is well over 100.00. Sorry to say HSN simply sold the product and doesn’t really back it up. Will be the last thing that I buy in this category from them. Also would appreciate any thoughts on what the problem could be??
