I have spent the last two weeks "working" with customer service to send my order. I have received the same "call back tomorrow it should ship" line every day I reached out. On day three I asked for supervisor. There has been zero follow up, and zero solution provided. All I ask is the device I paid for be shipped. Or a refund. Simple… NONE of the above have been offered as solutions. OVERALL TERRIBLE ORDER/SHIPPING/CUSTOMER SERVICE experience.
I completely agree with yo noactualsupexist. This is my first time buying from here and it will be the last. The order/shipping follow up is horrible. It’s always some kind of excuse when you speak with a representative. Horrible experience.
Please, please, please……say something to the spokesperson for Slinky Brand that was on at 2:40 am on 12/11/14 to tone down her voice. It is so annoying. I wanted to watch the show but couldn’t tolerate her voice any longer. I noticed the HSN host tried to take control (it’s like she knew she was sounding terrible) but she keep didn’t take the hint. Wonder how many other people turned the channel. :womanfrustrated:
