I bought a HP back in August and was told oh well you are out of our window so there is nothing we can do but call HP and see what they can do. I still owe on this computer and have to send it to the shop. By the time I mail it back to HP and they try to fix it I can take it to Geek Squad. I will never buy another electronic from HSN again. I can not log in, it keeps a black screen, windows start does not work and adobe will not work. I need my computer for work. I thought I would get assistance from the place I bought it from and still owe but I guess not. Lesson learned!!
