Charged but denied
I tried to get a tv on flex pay but was denied. I don’t understand why you denied me and charged.
Hi @ladyjae82, I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled. We do not charge a customer until the order ships, however, what you are seeing is the authorization when you submitted your order to process. I apologize for this inconvenience and I have sent an electronic request to have the funds released to your financial institution. The time frame of when your funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
