I had try to purchase today the Xbox one one flex payments and thought everything was going okay. However once I had hit submit to take payment the funds were automatically showing ded out of my checking account, but then I got a email following and a error showing my order was canceled. I proceeded to HSN ccs and was told due to my credit check witch I was unaware of I was denied, witch is reasonable. What is not reasonable is they deducted the funds and did not return them. I had to call HSN three times getting a difference answer each time, the first response being the funds were already sent back and to call the bank. I did however call my Navy federal bank and was told by the bank no funds have been credited back to call back HSN. I proceeded to call HSN again was told it can take up to 3 business days for review of funds to be returned then lastly another call made and was told 1-3 business days to see funds actually back on my account with the bank. The customer service with the first two reps were not trying to give me a explanation or even provide assistance with this issue. I do not believe this is a good way to do business especially with new customers and then take the funds and then be told canceled and then not even get your funds back immediately after being unaware your going to be denied for an item.I mean the funds should have never even been take out in the first place.
You have a better chance of being answered if you repost this in the Customer Service section of the Community. I hope you have this resolved quickly. Happy Holidays!
