Brand new laptop not working and unsure what to do?
I recently purchased the HP Pavilion x360 13.3" Touch screen Convertivle Laptop. It will not charge. Should I contact HP? Will they replace it or fix it? It is sold out on HSN so it can not be exchanged. I am not sure what to do? I only had the laptop since 11/11/2015 and really like it and don’t want to have to return it.
