Aspen 10.1 Tablet- Nightmare Purchase
I purchased this tablet in January 2018 and purchased the electronics plan as well. I purchased as a guest so there is no purchased record so I cannot leave a review. This tablet is horrible and HSN shouldn’t even sell this thing. Does anyone know if I will be able to return this thing? I tried calling Square Trade but I ended up in touch the button nightmare.
dee232, HSN has a 30 day return policy. You can try contacting customer service to let them know your problem and concern with the product and see if there is anything they can do.
